Shipping Options and Rates

We offer Australian standard shipping via Australia Post or Courier depending on your location.

At this time our only International Shipping is to New Zealand using tracked Australia Post service.

The cost of shipping is a flat rate of $10. 

We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount & subscriptions, which may vary depending on current promotions.

 

Order Processing Time

We strive to process and send out orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Please note that processing time may be longer during peak seasons or if an item is out of stock.

 

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via Australia Post or Courier service. Standard shipping typically takes 7 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by AusPost/Courier Service or factors beyond our control.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the AusPost’s website.

 

Order Changes and
Cancellations

If you need to make
changes to your order or cancel it altogether, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been shipped.
